So there is THAT complication.
Then there is the question of the OP's character and honor. Any time one makes a serious post in a PG thread, one relies on the honor of the OP not to ****-can it when it embarrasses their thesis and they cannot refute it. So there is THAT issue blowing ever so gently in the breeze.
Then there is the fact that this is a partisan **** hole wherein the high expectations of the OP are highly unlikely not to be dashed by conditions on the ground - making this thread no less an exercise in futility than those others to which you make reference.

It's amazing how people getting emotionally wrapped up in this, based on how the media tells them to think.
